General Terms and Conditions (GTC)

1. Scope of Service

Our store specializes in custom 3D printing services. Customers may submit their own designs or request assistance in creating parts. We print according to the specifications provided and do not perform functional testing unless explicitly agreed upon.

2. User-Provided Designs

All design files submitted by customers are assumed to be accurate and safe for printing. We are not responsible for any flaws, functional issues, or safety hazards inherent in customer-supplied designs.

3. Liability Disclaimer

We are not liable for any damage resulting from the use, misuse, or handling of 3D printed parts. This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Mechanical failure due to poor design
  • Injury or damage from improper installation
  • Use of parts in critical or hazardous environments
  • Any indirect or consequential damages

Customers agree that the parts are not certified for structural, medical, or safety-critical applications, unless specifically stated.

4. Material Use

While we use high-quality materials, the mechanical properties of 3D prints may vary. Customers are responsible for assessing material suitability for their intended use.

5. Intellectual Property

By submitting a design, customers confirm that they own the rights to the file or have permission to use it. We will not reproduce or distribute customer designs without consent.

6. Warranty

3D printed parts are delivered "as-is." We do not offer warranties for durability, accuracy, or fitness for a specific purpose unless otherwise agreed in writing.

7. Changes and Cancellations

Orders may be modified or canceled within a specified time frame before production begins. Custom parts are non-refundable once printing has commenced.

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Switzerland. Disputes will be resolved in the competent courts of Dietikon.
